Browser requirements

Full installation of Internet Explorer 4.72.3110 or later

The Microsoft VM must be installed!

You need to set the following JAVA settings for the Applet to function correctly. The Applet may not be able to connect to the server or the applet can experience printer problems if these settings are not correct.

Select View on the browser menu

Select Internet Options

Select Security

Select Custom Option

Select Java Custom Settings

Select Edit Permissions

Select the Run Unsigned Contents Enable option

Select the Run Signed Contents Enable option

Select OK on the next 3 screens to update the selected options
